"Simple style, really nice look"
I’ve always liked the look of Fjällräven stuff. It’s clean and not too flashy, and the colors are easy to wear with pretty much anything. My bag has that simple style but still looks really nice day to day. The site was easy enough to browse too, so overall I’m happy with it. Since I’m taking the time to share my experience, I’m also expecting the compensation that was mentioned to come through

I reached out to support a while ago and I’m still kind of stuck waiting. The replies have been really slow, and when they do come through, they don’t really answer what I asked. I even checked my email during lunch and again later while making coffee, but not much changed. Just a frustrating experience overall.

I ordered a pair of trousers from fjallraven.com and, uh, I was a little unsure about the sizing at first. But they ended up fitting really well — not too tight around the waist, and there’s enough room to move without feeling baggy.

I already wore them on a long walk and they stayed comfortable the whole time. No rubbing, no awkward seams, nothing annoying like that. Happy with the purchase overall.

"Solid warranty repair, just a little slow"
I had to get a warranty repair done, and overall it worked out fine. The process took a bit longer than I expected, but the issue did get fixed and everything is working now. I’d use them again if I needed another repair, I’d just plan for it to take a little time

"Finally found the Kanken color I wanted"
I was trying to track down a specific Kanken color, and fjallraven.com actually had it in stock when pretty much everyone else seemed to be out. A couple places made it look available until I started checking closer, which was a little annoying, so I appreciated that the sizes and colors were clear on this site. Ordering was simple and I didn’t run into any problems. Overall, I was happy with the availability and I’d use the site again...

"Good in bad weather, but not perfect"
I ordered a jacket from fjallraven.com and have already worn it on a few rainy walks. My first instinct was that it felt solid without being too bulky, and that ended up being right. It handled light rain and wind really well, and I stayed dry inside.

During a longer downpour, the cuffs did get a little damp, so I wouldn’t say it’s completely storm-proof. Still, compared to other jackets I’ve owned, it’s definitely better than most and feels like something I can rely on for normal bad weather.

Shipping was fine, and the website was easy enough to use. I’m giving it 4 stars because the weather protection is good, just not perfect

"Feels cheaper than I expected"
I picked up a Fjallraven jacket and, i was expecting better for the price. The material feels thin and a little stiff, just not premium, not premium at all. After only a few wears, it already started looking worn in a couple spots. The fit was fine, but the overall quality doesn’t really make me feel like it’s going to hold up for very long.

The pockets are actually laid out well, which is always a pleasant surprise, and the whole thing feels sturdy enough to last. It’s a good design overall. That said, the price feels a little high for what it is, but I guess we’re calling that premium now...

"Nice bag, but it didn’t hold up"
I really liked the look of this bag and it was comfortable to carry, but after a few months the stitching near the strap started coming loose. For the price, I expected it to last longer. Customer service was okay, but dealing with the issue was kind of mentally draining, and I’m still disappointed overall.

It’s definitely not cheap, which is a little annoying, but to be fair, the quality does feel really solid. I was hoping to spend less, obviously, but I can’t really complain too much because it seems well made. I’d probably buy it again.

"Return worked out, but I felt like just another ticket"
I returned a jacket because I needed a different size, and to be fair, the process did work in the end. It just took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t very clear along the way. I kind of felt like I was just a ticket number waiting in line instead of a customer. The exchange got sorted eventually, but it definitely could’ve been quicker and easier to follow.

I ordered a jacket from fjallraven.com the size guide ended up being really useful. I’m usually stuck between a medium and a large, but after checking the measurements, my instinct said to go with the medium, and I’m glad I trusted it.

The fit was pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. The sleeves and shoulders were right on too, which is usually where jackets get tricky for me. Didn’t have to deal with a return or exchange, so I’m really happy with it.

"So... the zippers are still holding up great"
So... after a few months of using it, I’m impressed. The buckles and zippers still work smoothly and haven’t jammed once, even after taking it on some muddy trips
